Jaker Ali: Feels good. We played good cricket as a team and today we are more clinical. The wicket was better than yesterday, but the bowlers showed good character and set things up nicely for us. This is our job, as batters we have to take our chances and play positive cricket. The way Nurul played and showed his experience and he is coming back to the team after a long time, so really proud of everyone in the team.

Rashid Khan: The positive sign today was fielding, but still short of some runs and I felt the wicket was nice to bat early on. We need to understand how to switch gears when batting. When you have 16 overs of spin, it becomes really hard to think of any other options because Azmat bowled really well today.

Shoriful Islam | Player of the Match: Wicket was good, I wanted to execute whatever that was tried during the practice and it came off. I tried my best with the bat and I wanted to hit anything that was full from the bowlers.

The ebbs and flows of a T20 game in the middle east mimicks an asymmetrical wave. It has no pattern. Just like yesterday, today was a close contest as well. But there were times when it seemed that momentum was with a particular team, only to be snatched away the very next minute. But Nurul Hasan seemed to have found the code to calmness. Jaker got out in the 11th over, but Nurul assumed the role of taking the game deep perfectly and finished it off with a bit of help from Shoriful Islam. There, however, was a moment of panic when Bangladesh lost 3 quick wickets for 7 runs in the space of 6 balls, but Nurul showed no signs of panic whatsoever.
