I am an active Willow subscriber. How can I watch the same content on Cricbuzz?

If you are an active Willow subscriber, you can use the same email to sign up on Cricbuzz and get access to premium content for free. If prompted, provide your consent to sync your subscription details with Cricbuzz, and your premium access will be unlocked automatically on Cricbuzz platforms.

Similarly, if you are an active Cricbuzz subscriber, you can follow the same steps on Willow by Cricbuzz to access premium content there as well.

Is there any free trial available?

Currently, there is no free trial offer. However, in some regions you  might be given some free minutes to watch premium content (subject to availability in the region).

Note: Free minutes are not applicable in the USA and Canada regions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Auto-renew of your subscriptions can be cancelled by accessing the "Manage Subscription" option under the "My Account" section of the Cricbuzz app or website.

Note: If you made an in-app purchase, you will be redirected to the App Store/Play Store to cancel auto-renewal.

What is the refund policy?

Subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a subscription fee is processed, it cannot be refunded, even if the subscription is canceled before the end of the billing cycle. We recommend reviewing our Terms of Service for more information.

How do I activate my Times Prime Subscription after purchasing the Cricbuzz Times Prime Annual Combo Plan? [India Only]

What should I do if a match is available in my region but I still can’t watch it despite an active subscription?

First, verify if the relevant series is listed on the series page and live streaming is available for your region. If it is, ensure you are not using a VPN or proxy network, and your device’s  region settings are correct. We recommend logging out of the application and then logging back in and updating to the latest version. If the issue persists, please contact our support team for assistance.

How do I watch streaming on my TV?

The Cricbuzz app is supported on Android TV/Chromecast, Amazon Fire Stick, and Apple TV. You can download it directly from the respective app stores on these devices. The app also supports AirPlay for streaming on Apple TV.

To login on the Cricbuzz TV App:
You can simply scan the QR code or open the link that is shown on your TV screen and enter the code on your Cricbuzz mobile app/website to login.
Alternatively you can use the 'Login with Email OTP' or 'Login with TV Provider' options too.

Note: You must use the Cricbuzz Mobile App or krikya8vip.com website to login on Cricbuzz TV App. If you wish to login on Willow by Cricbuzz TV App please use the Willow by Cricbuzz Mobile App or willow.tv website.

Is it possible to use an active subscription while traveling outside the purchase region?

Your subscription remains active globally; however, live streaming access is limited to the region where the subscription was originally purchased.

Why are ads displayed during live matches despite having a paid subscription?

Cricbuzz provides an ad-free experience within the app interface except for ads on live match streaming and in-video ads.

I am facing an error while watching a live stream (e.g., unable to connect, stream is loading, etc.). What should I do?

If you’re a Cricbuzz subscriber but can’t access premium content like live match streaming, please check your network connection, location settings, ad blocker, or VPN. If the issue continues, try updating the app, logging out, and then logging back in. This usually resolves most access issues. For further assistance, contact [email protected].

I am unable to play the live streaming and seeing an error message about turning off the ad blocker or disconnecting the VPN. What should I do?

If you are unable to play the live stream and seeing an ad blocker-related  error message, please try the following:

• Disable your ad blocker

  If you are using an ad blocker, turn it off and try playing the stream again. If it still doesn’t work, please uninstall the ad blocker completely and try once more.

  If the issue continues, check the following:

• VPN or DNS services: Turn off any VPN or DNS-based ad blocking services (such as AdGuard or NextDNS), then try again.
• Network restrictions: Some office or public Wi-Fi networks block ads. Try switching to a different network, such as mobile data or home Wi-Fi.
• Browser settings: Privacy-focused browsers or strict privacy settings may block ads. Try using a standard browser or relaxing privacy settings for our site.

Once you try the above, the live stream should start playing normally.
