The Amazon Warriors are into the final and they'll play in front of a packed home crowd on Sunday. The Kings had a bad day with the bat, but they've played well enough in the tournament to get a second chance. That'll be against the Knight Riders here on Friday in QF 2. Do join us for all the action. For now, cheers and bye..

Imran Tahir | GAW Captain - It was a great game, tight in the end, but glad to have got over the line. It was a worry, I think we were 10-15 runs short, but I told the boys that we can defend this. We bowled and fielded well - Motie and Pretorius - credit to our fielding coach for the work he has done with the boys. Really pleased to be playing a final in front of the home crowd in Guyana, this is one of the best places to play cricket - we're into the final now, we need a day to rest and think about places where we can improve. We'll practice and set-up our plans according to the opposition in the final.

David Wiese | SLK Captain - Yeah, definitely, I thought it was a great effort from the bowlers, we would have taken it at the start of the game. We executed our plans well and kept to the basics. With the bat, we didn't give ourselves a chance, the pitch started to get better as the innings progressed, but it was too much to do for our tailenders. It's pleasing to see runs from Pierre and Mills, but it's not their job to score runs, we'll have to do better with the bat on Friday. We'll go back and take a good look at where we can improve ahead of the next match.

Gudakesh Motie | Player of the Match: I think it was an amazing match, we played well overall, we went with a positive mindset and I’m happy. I think the work that I’m putting in is working and I’m happy that I’m getting success. I’m doing a lot of work on my game. We know how important this match was for us and winning it and going to the final, I’m so happy for my team. (On his message to the home crowd) Thanks for supporting us, keep coming in for the final and get behind us.

23:25 Local Time, 03:25 GMT, 08:55 IST: Three wins on the trot and the Guyana Amazon Warriors are the first team into the final. This match looked dead and buried when the Kings were reduced to 48 for 7 in the 9th over. But this Kings team is packed with a never-say-die attitude and it was amplified by their tail - Khary Pierre kept slogging and kept finding the boundaries enroute his 28-ball fifty, his 1st in CPL. Alzarri Joseph, Tymal Mills and even Tabraiz Shamsi threw their bats around with gay abandon, but they were left with too much to do. Defending 157, the two opening pacers ripped out King's top-order with wickets in the 1st, 2nd and the 3rd over. There was a brief respite when Roston Chase counter-punched, but Gudakesh Motie flipped the match completely in the 7th over, getting rid of both Chase and then Tim David for a first-ball duck. Tahir followed it up with the scalp of Aaron Jones and then Motie had a third by removing David Wiese. 157 was competitive thanks to GAW's lower order and their bowlers made most of the slow pitch to ride their team into the final.

19.1

Hassan Khan to Tymal Mills, out Caught by Tahir!! That's the end of it, fittingly - it's the Warriors captain who takes the catch and immediately turns towards the boisterous home crowd in celebration. Was a flat ball outside off - Mills backed away and tamely toe-ended the lob to cover. Tymal Mills c Tahir b Hassan Khan 30(18) [4s-4 6s-1]

Hassan Khan to Tymal Mills, THATS OUT!! Caught!!

How did this even get this close? Can the Kings pull off a miracle? Hassan Khan to bowl the 20th over
