Not often do you see Zimbabwe grab a major portion of the spotlight on a triple-header day but that's how good they have been in this year's T20 World Cup. Zimbabwe are still unbeaten in Super 12 having already played South Africa and Pakistan. And if they do manage to win today, they will move up to the second spot and edge one step closer to the semifinal. While they may have gotten lucky against South Africa, they showed plenty of spirit against Pakistan to stage a stunning comeback. Pakistan's hopes are hanging by a thread as a result. The seam attack was mighty impressive against the Asian heavyweights and then there is of course, Sikandar Raza. The allrounder has been at the forefront of their victories in this tournament and in fact, he has been in some crazy form for a while now.

Zimbabwe probably cannot afford him to have a bad outing with both bat and ball in the same game at the moment. It's never ideal to rely on one man so much but for now, they wouldn't mind. Everyone loves an underdog story but in all honesty, Zimbabwe are the favourites going into the contest today. Bangladesh finally managed to fetch a win when they scraped through against Netherlands but were humbled pretty soon by South Africa. How does one team bounce back from that sort of a drubbing remains to be seen.

Bangladesh's only hope perhaps will be the conditions on offer at the Gabba. This is going to be the first game at this venue in this year's World Cup and the fact that this is a day game might bring their spinners into the contest.
