Even though rain managed to wash out an entire day's play, this Test match has still been fascinating with all three results possible going into the final day. Only 211 runs are needed for the batting side to complete a win so you might wonder how a draw is still possible but the rain threat is back. There is a 60% chance of rain and that gives the hosts an opportunity to fight for a draw especially with the gutsy Dean Elgar still battling it out in the middle.

For the visitors though, it's all about trying to wrap things up as quickly as possible whenever play is possible. In a Test match dominated by bowlers except for the opening day, the Indian seamers have once again delivered to make up for the performances of their batters in the second innings. Jasprit Bumrah in particular was superb towards the end breaking a key partnership and then going on to bowl nightwatchman Keshav Maharaj with an inch perfect yorker.

India will once again rely on him to deliver on the final day but don't discount the first-innings hero Mohammad Shami and the ever-improving Mohammad Siraj. It will be interesting to see if Ashwin gets some assistance on a final day track. For the hosts, Elgar is the key. Temba Bavuma and Quinton de Kock are the other two recognised batters and the keeper can definitely give the Indian camp some jitters if he gets going. A fascinating finish awaits us. Let's just hope rain doesn't play spoilsport.
