to win—especially given batting-heavy selection. England will need to get through eight spin overs & at least one of Woakes at the death. With the dew around that could be a challenge.

First question coming along is an interesting one...

What happens if the Super Over is a tie? They'll play another Super Over!

Prelude - England vs New Zealand, Semifinal

We've reached this stage pretty swiftly enough, or am I the only one that feels that this tournament has zoomed by quickly? England, under Eoin Morgan, are in another World Cup knockout game. It's not even a surprise. Nor is it a surprise to see New Zealand here.

Neutrals will surely not begrudge New Zealand their place in today's semi-final though, particularly those who like to see bowlers get their moments in the sun in this bat-heavy game. Trent Boult, Ish Sodhi, Mitchell Santner have tied down big line-ups here. Kane Williamson has shown once more that even in a format like the T20, brain can pip brawn.

Now he finds himself in another blink-first contest against Morgan. We all know what happened the last time these two played in a similar game. You know which. Will this game match that one?
