No prizes for guessing, Rahul Tripathi is the Man of the Match.
Where the game turned in KKR's favour
How crucial were those couple of overs, the 11th and 12th of CSK's chase? This was CSK's game - they had it in the bag at 90/1 at the halfway stage. Cummins gives 4 in the 11th and then Narine gives 5 in the 12th. Those quiet overs get to CSK, and Rayudu. He attempts to take on the rookie, Mavi, and falls. Watson's wicket in the following over was what completely turned the game in KKR's favour. But credit to them for not allowing CSK the comeback window despite both MSD and Curran looking set for it. The bowlers got a chance and they grabbed it, and finished the game off. Well deserved win this for KKR.
This move will be debated for long!
OUT
Jadeja and Faf du Plessis combine to pull off a stunner at the boundary line that's become a norm in CSK game. Except this time, Faf plays the side kick rather than the main lead. Karn tempt Narine with a loopy delivery and the batsman takes the bait and heaves. But meets his end as Jadeja puts in a stunning dive to his right almost parallel to the ground, at deep midwicket. But just as he realises he's about to come in contact with the ropes, he passes it on to Faf who covers the distance from long-on and grabs the easy pass. NArine is on his way back and here's Morgan. Can't complain though, Narine has done the job he's always been assigned at KKR - go for his shots. He perished while at it, but done his job with a quick 17 off 9.
FIFTY
Fifth IPL fifty for Rahul Tripathi! He's driving KKR forward after those couple of wickets in quick succession. Short and wide from Bravo and Tripathi upper-cuts to the boundary line for yet another four, as well as half-century. Good knock this from the youngster!
Rana falls
Rana goes for a slog-sweep but the ball is in the air a long time. Jadeja settles under it at cow corner and helps Karn Sharma fetch his first wicket in IPL 2020. Sunil Narine is at #4 today!
50 up for KKR
Knuckle ball, in the slot and Tripathi goes big. Lofts it over deep extra cover and that's the first six of the game! KKR bring up the fifty in the sixth over and finish powerplay with 52/1, thanks largely to their new opener.
Gill departs after rapid start
CSK have struck in the powerplay, and it's that man again! Shardul Thakur takes out Shubhman Gill! Gill goes for a cross-batted shot and there's a loud, loud nick. Dhoni does the rest behind the stumps. Nitish Rana is the new man in.
Right intent from Tripathi
He's such a busy player, isn't he? Over the years he's been dropped down the order after making his IPL debut as an opener for RPS. Now, given the opportunity again at KKR, he's making it count.
Right then, all set for live action. The much-needed change for KKR at the top, the right position to bat Rahul Tripathi. He's opening tonight with Gill, while Deepak Chahar has the new ball.

Welcome to the mid-table tussle between KKR and CSK!
Both sides have plenty of concerns - yes, even CSK despite that 10-wicket thumping of KXIP. KKR have to figure out where to bat Sunil Narine, who hasn't done anything of note yet at the top of the order. Kuldeep's poor run is another. CSK finally got something to cheer about, with Shane Watson repaying the faith after being given the extended run, but they do have deficiencies in the bowling department and in the middle order.
