That's it from our coverage then. A very one-sided affair, and Zimbabwe now need to start thinking about averting a whitewash, as imminent as it promises to be. Join us for the fourth ODI between Zimbabwe and Pakistan on Friday (July 20) in Bulawayo. Ta-ta!

Early wicket

Prince Masvaure doesn't last long on his ODI debut. Slashes at a short-wide ball and edges it behind. 1/1

Team changes

Pakistan have made two changes: Yasir Shah and Junaid Khan get a game in place of Mohammed Amir and Hasan Ali, who have obviously been rested. Very interesting, given how the players who've been on the sidelines have been given a go in a potential series sealer (but Pakistan know that they have enough of a cushion).

Zimbabwe, on the other hand, have made a flurry of changes. THREE. Elton Chigumbura, Tendai Chisoro and Richard Ngarava come into the side.

Teams:

Zimbabwe (Playing XI): Chamu Chibhabha, Prince Masvaure, Hamilton Masakadza(c), Tarisai Musakanda, Peter Moor, Elton Chigumbura, Ryan Murray(w), Tendai Chisoro, Wellington Masakadza, Blessing Muzarabani, Richard Ngarava

Pakistan (Playing XI): Imam-ul-Haq, Fakhar Zaman, Babar Azam, Shoaib Malik, Asif Ali, Sarfraz Ahmed(w/c), Faheem Ashraf, Shadab Khan, Yasir Shah, Junaid Khan, Usman Khan

Build-up

Hello and welcome to the third ODI between Zimbabwe and Pakistan from Bulawayo. With a 2-0 lead, Pakistan are looking to seal the series before the experimentation for the World Cup can start. Or it can begin even today. The point is that Pakistan, as a unit, look well ahead of Zimbabwe, who will need to pull a rabbit of their hats to even have a chance at putting up a fight. But cricket, as they say, can surprise you. We hope today's the day.

Sohail has dropped out of Zimbabwe series due to daughter's illness. Pakistan haven't named a replacement.

To rehash something from our preview -- Coming into the series, Pakistan needed nothing less than four wins to retain their fifth spot on the ICC ODI rankings. Given how the series has unfolded so far, it doesn't seem like it's going to be a challenging task for them to finish with their desired result. That said, to give credit where due, Zimbabwe did put up a fight in the second ODI, despite the result of a nine-wicket thrashing not doing complete justice to how the game unfolded.
