The last time Bangladesh were favourites to win an ODI against Sri Lanka, was well, umm, let's say, how do I put it, umm, never. The visitors did everything right the other day, screaming out loud in the faces of their perennial doubters. Rewind back to the first ODI: they piled on 300+ in the first ODI - something that's never been chased down in Sri Lanka even in this era where cricketainment is largely a function of runs - and then put on a superb show in the second innings, bowling and fielding their hearts out, and doing that so well in a complete mauling of Sri Lanka in their own backyard - something definitely not run-of-the-mill.
