Build Up: Anything for two points

The last time Gujarat Lions and Royal Challengers Bangalore played each other, they did so in the first qualifier of the 2016 season as the two top teams of the league. Times have changed, seasons have - the two supposed pre-season favourites find themselves at the bottom of the table, in desperate need of points. Notwithstanding their defeat to Mumbai Indians in their last game, the Lions would believe that they are a team whose better fortunes lie ahead of them.
