Jacob Duffy to Yuvraj Samra, out Caught by Glenn Phillips!! Taken on the second attempt. A magnificent knock comes to an end. Slower ball which is short of length, Samra shuffles across and pulls it backward of square. Phillips runs to his left in the deep and juggles once before hanging. The ball popped out but he managed to cling on using his body. Samra walks away to a standing ovation. What a knock! Yuvraj Samra c Glenn Phillips b Jacob Duffy 110(65) [4s-11 6s-6]

W
James Neesham to Nicholas Kirton, out Lbw!! That's an excellent change up. After a couple of slower balls, Neesham nails the yorker. Kirton was not expecting that as he shuffled across his stumps, tries to bend down and keep it out, but does not lay a bat on it. Struck low on the pad and the impact was right in front of the stumps. Easy decision for umpire Jayaraman Madanagopal. Ball-tracking shows it to be hitting the base of middle-stump. Nicholas Kirton lbw b James Neesham 2(3)

Matt Henry to Yuvraj Samra, FOUR, dropped! Very unlike New Zealand fielding performance. Last over Henry, now Neesham. Full toss and Samra does not quite middle the lofted drive. He hits it straight to long-on and Neesham misjudges it completely. He overruns to his right and then tries to take it over his head, the ball bursts through his hands and bounces before crossing the rope

W
Matt Henry to Navneet Dhaliwal, out Caught by Glenn Phillips!! Very similar to the way Bajwa was dismissed. New Zealand are making use of the long boundary. There's a deep backward point, deep extra cover and long-off in place. Henry bowls it full and outside off, makes Dhaliwal hit to the longer part and though it is middled, there's not enough to clear the rope. Phillips moves to his left and takes a good catch. Navneet Dhaliwal c Glenn Phillips b Matt Henry 10(7) [6s-1]

H
Kyle Jamieson to Yuvraj Samra, FOUR, hundred for Samra. What a knock! He's just 19 years old. The helmet comes off, the bat is raised and there's a big smile on his face. Not sure what will happen with this game result wise. But Samra won't be forgetting this day ever. He becomes the youngest batter to score a hundred in T20 World Cups. Coming to the ball: Slower ball banged into the wicket, Samra waits and looks to slap it through the off-side, gets it off the toe-end and the ball races away past short third

6
Kyle Jamieson to Yuvraj Samra, SIX, tipped over! That's a poor effort from Henry. Off-pace delivery outside off, Samra hammers the lofted drive wide of long-off. Henry moves to his right and jumps with one hand above his head, palms it over. There was ample time and space to set himself up and go with both hands or at least keep the ball in play, but he's gifted six runs

6
James Neesham to Navneet Dhaliwal, SIX, Dhaliwal launches this into the stands. Off-pace delivery, pitched right in the arc and Dhaliwal is in good form, he gets his front leg out of the way and heaves it to cow corner. 84-meter six..

James Neesham to Yuvraj Samra, FOUR, Samra keeps motoring along. Short and outside off, plenty of room and Samra does not miss out, he goes deliberately up and over the point region, beats sweeper comfortably

Matt Henry to Yuvraj Samra, FOUR, shot! Henry once again goes for the off-pace short ball, but there's width on offer and Samra waits for the ball to arrive before slapping it over mid-off. Not off the middle but clears the infield comfortably

W
Kyle Jamieson to Dilpreet Bajwa, out Caught by Glenn Phillips!! Jamieson breaks the partnership. Bajwa struck this well but picked out New Zealand's best fielder. Full pitcher outside off, right in the slot and Bajwa nails the lofted drive. Unfortunately for him Phillips is at deep extra cover and not sweeper, straight down his throat and he doesn't miss those. A good knock from the captain comes to an end. Dilpreet Bajwa c Glenn Phillips b Kyle Jamieson 36(39) [4s-4]

Kyle Jamieson to Dilpreet Bajwa, FOUR, now Bajwa gets into the act. About time he stepped up. He's going at less than a run-a-ball and Canada need him to get going if they are to post a competitive total on the board. Bajwa shuffles inside the line, picks it off his pads and clears the short fine region

Kyle Jamieson to Yuvraj Samra, SIX, ufff! He's upped the ante alright. After taking McConchie apart, he now has a piece of Jamieson. The back of the hand slower ball, right in the slot and Samra delays his bat swing, gets it off the middle and sends it sailing over the sightscreen. 93-meter six..
12.4
McConchie to Yuvraj Samra, 1 run, flatter and shorter outside off, Samra cracks t to sweeper cover

4
McConchie to Yuvraj Samra, FOUR, shot! Now backs away to get under this fullish delivery, it was bowled quicker and Samra thumps it over extra cover. He struck that flat and hard, one bounce and over the ropes

McConchie to Yuvraj Samra, SIX, back to back sixes. This is excellent batting. Samra has realised it is time to up the ante. He picks this from outside off and launches it towards long-on. Plenty of height and it is a 85-meter long maximum..

McConchie to Yuvraj Samra, SIX, they needed that. It had been a while since the last boundary. The runs had dried up and Samra breaks the shackles. Flighted delivery, lands right in the slot and Samra lofts it straight down th ground. Nice clean strike and the ball travels 87 meters

F
Glenn Phillips to Yuvraj Samra, 1 run, fifty for Samra. He becomes the third batter to register a fifty in this tournament for Canada. They have one batter at least scoring a half century in every game. He raises his bat and soaks in the applause. This has been a top knock! Flighted outside off, Samra drives in front of square and McConchie tidies up from sweeper
8.2
6
McConchie to Yuvraj Samra, SIX, hammered! Dragged short and the ball sits up nicely, Samra rocks back and pulls it wide of deep mid-wicket. He struck that flat and all the way. The Canada dugout is enjoying this partnership
7.2
4
Kyle Jamieson to Yuvraj Samra, FOUR, smashed! He's used his feet nicely against the pacers today. He shimmies down and gets hold of the slower ball, crunches the drive past a diving cover and the ball races away. Even Jamieson was impressed with the shot
6
6
James Neesham to Yuvraj Samra, SIX, 4, 4, 4, 6! Neesham is taken to the cleaners. Samra shimmies down and gives himself room, gets a short of length delivery and he upper cuts it over the point region. He missed out on clearing the rope a couple of times in this over but this time the ball lands beyond the rope
5.5
4
James Neesham to Yuvraj Samra, FOUR, hat-trick of fours. Samra making the most of the last powerplay over. Neesham overcorrects the length - full pitcher around off, no half measures by Samra as he drills the drive straight back past Bajwa
5.4
4
James Neesham to Yuvraj Samra, FOUR, back to back fours. This is more authoritative. Another short of length delivery, sits up nicely for Samra and he nails the pull over mid-wicket. That came right off the screws and almost goes the distance
5.3
4
James Neesham to Yuvraj Samra, FOUR, shot! He used the angle nicely there. Short and angling in, Samra gets inside the line and pulls it behind square, one bounce and over the ropes
4.1
4
Kyle Jamieson to Dilpreet Bajwa, FOUR, lovely shot! Half volley but still had to be put away. Gentle loosener from Jamieson, Bajwa presents the full face of the bat and creams the drive through extra cover. He holds the pose for the cameras
3.5
4
Jacob Duffy to Dilpreet Bajwa, FOUR, shot! This was there to be put away and Bajwa does not miss out. Full and outside off, ample width on offer and Bajwa does not bother to keep the drive down - he goes up and over the cover-point region
1.5
4
Jacob Duffy to Dilpreet Bajwa, FOUR, wrong line. Duffy attempts the inswinger but the ball keeps going down, Bajwa misses the glance and the ball brushes the pad, races past Seifert. But it is given as runs - Bajwa might have got a thin inside edge

4
Matt Henry to Yuvraj Samra, FOUR, lovely shot! Nothing much wrong with the delivery - back of a length angled across, Samra stands tall and punches it in front of square. It is a packed off-side field and Samra pierced it with precision

4
Matt Henry to Yuvraj Samra, FOUR, well, well! Few sighters for Samra and he charges down for the fifth ball, gives himself room to open up the off-side field and flays it over the inner circle, gets it off the middle and almost sends it the distance
