 Profile
A lower middle-order batsman and a seam bowler, Daniel Lamb is an all-rounder who has developed his skills at various age level groups in Lancashire, starting back in 2009.

Having debuted in 2012 for Lancashire’s Academy team, Lamb represented the second XI in the very next year. Lamb was selected for the Emirates T20 Trophy in 2017 which was held in Dubai featuring six teams including Lancashire. In the two outings, he picked three wickets. In the same year, he made his List A debut against Nottinghamshire, in which he scalped two wickets - Michael Lumb and Riki Wessels.

In the same season, he took part in the T20 Blast competition. In his only outing he shone in both departments. The Preston-born all-rounder scored 22 off 18 balls and followed it with figures 4-0-30-3 with the ball.

Lamb, who is a regular member in Lancashire’s second XI, is yet to make his first-class debut. Emma Lamb, Lancashire Women’s opener, is Danny’s sister.
