PLAYER OF THE MATCH
Australia have romped home in a canter. Bangladesh were in the game in the first half but were blown away by Phoebe Litchfield and Healy. The pair were relentless in their hitting and Bangladesh succumbed inside 25 overs. Australia have become the first team in the edition to make it to the semi-finals. And they are growing from strength to strength. Other teams would be aware now! We are aware that we will have to move for the moment. We will be back soon with more cricketing action. Take care!
Alyssa Healy | Australia Captain - I think so, they played nicely (on Bangladesh). We did try our best, but the execution wasn't great, happy though to have got the two points. It's so hard honestly, was disappointed with my glove work today, but I made up for it a bit with the bat, I really enjoy the challenge though. We've been here for a while, we'll go to a new venue, we haven't been to Indore before and a new challenge is coming up against England. It was amazing for her (on Alana King), great to see her dominate and get the rewards for that. The players coming in have done a great role for us - Darcie upfront was excellent, like i said, we'll make changes according to conditions and match-ups. I thought she was outstanding today (on Phoebe Litchfield). We pride ourselves in professionalism, we played well today to get the two points, we'll come back and be prepared for the next match as well.
Nigar Sultana | Bangladesh Captain - We started very well, didn't lose a lot of wickets in the powerplay, but we then kept losing wickets and didn't get the partnerships going. We didn't bat as well as we batted in the last game (against South Africa), the intent and the consistency wasn't there - we missed two of our main bowlers and that cost us the game. We just wanted to give her a chance (on the change of keeper). Was a bad day for our bowlers, they have done well for the last two years, but it was a rough day for them today. We've to learn from this and rectify our mistakes, we have had some positives going ahead

Alana King, Player of the Match: We focused on our bowling, and we really wanted to be disciplined with the ball. I'm glad that I could play my part and keep them to a reasonable score. Yeah, there was obviously a little bit of spin in the last game, so it's something that I get excited about. But I think length is always going to be key, whether it's going to spin up or slide on. Length is always going to be key, and we want to stay out of those regions. We got punished a little bit in that last game (against India), and it's something that we really wanted to focus on for this game, to make sure that we stayed out of that and really bowled to our strengths. Not too much, to be honest. It's just for me, I just need to be really relaxed at the top of my mark and be really clear on my plans, and making sure that we've got the right plans for the right batter, and having the feels to support that. Happy with how they're all coming out, happy to play my role. I think the beauty of this is, if it's not someone's day, someone else is there to pick up the slack. We have such great communication between all the bowlers, and with Heals behind the stumps as well. She's got the best seat in the house to know what's going to be working for the bowlers, and what length is going to be the hardest challenge for batters. I think we've put it down to great communication with all of us, and we're trying to get each of us into a really good position, and we want the best for each other. So, communication is key, and I think we pride ourselves on that. It's always nice when you've got the Q next to your name in a World Cup. So, no doubt it doesn't stop here. We look forward to going back to Indore and taking on England and South Africa, two big countries, and they're going to be some pretty exciting cricket going down.
20:30 Local Time, 15:00 GMT, 20:30 IST: Australia have progressed to the semi-finals. Bangladesh thought of trying to make 198 work but Phoebe Litchfield and Healy had other ideas. They were aggressive from ball 1 and never relented. Both batters actually tried to match each other with their attacking display. Healy got to her second ton of this edition and Phoebe Litchfield put the finishing touches with a drive down the ground. Bangladesh would be gutted with this performance as they had been very good in this tournament so far.

Fariha Trisna to Phoebe Litchfield, FOUR, 200 up for the partnership! Less than 25 overs and the chase has been wrapped up as well. This is a huge win by 10 wickets. Australia have made it to the semis and have done so with a massive statement. That was a fuller ball, outside off, Litchfield powered it wide of the fielder at mid-off

Ritu Moni to Healy, FOUR, fuller length delivery, Healy backed away and sliced it over point. She is toying with the field here. She wants to hit the hotel room as soon as possible. Has been a sensational knock from her
