19th instance of SRH conceding 200+ across 56 games in IPL since 2022 - five more than any other team in this period. In 138 matches up until IPL 2021, they conceded as many just nine times.

205/7 is LSG's highest total in Lucknow surpassing 203/8 against MI earlier in the season

Harsh Dubey: I felt that I could have done better but it has been a good overall bowling performance, I feel we have done well to restrict them to 205. That is a part and parcel of the game, sometimes one can drop a catch and sometimes one can also take a brilliant catch. I wasn't thinking about the missed opportunities. (On whether he is a batting or a bowling all-rounder) It depends what we do after winning the toss but I prefer to play as a batting all-rounder. (On Marsh's wicket) My plan was to turn it away and it stuck a bit on the pitch. The more you play a format as a spinner, the more you learn. My strong point is turning the ball, I could have done better but I will look to learn and improve going forward.

21:25 Local Time, 15:55 GMT: 35 runs from the last 2 overs and Lucknow Super Giants have managed to cross 200. They would be slightly disappointed that it was not more especially with the start the openers gave them. It was the same old story for them with their three overseas batters doing bulk of the scoring. Marsh got them off to a flier, Markram played himself and Pooran almost finished it off. The openers added a 100+ stand and set the platform but they lost their way after the 10-over mark, Pant promoting himself ahead of Pooran backfired and if not for those last 2 overs they have would have fallen short of 200. The pitch did seem two-paced as the slower balls were gripping but the Sunrisers Hyderabad might have done enough to keep it to a chaseable total. Back soon with their reply..

Nitish Reddy to Akash Deep, SIX, Akash Deep takes Lucknow Super Giants past 200. This was the slower ball, but right in the slot and Akash Deep was ready, he gets under the ball and smokes it well over long-on

Akash Deep, right handed bat, comes to the crease

Nitish Reddy to Abdul Samad, out Bowled!! Dragged on! Nitish has a wicket to his name. Fullish delivery around off, Samad shuffles across and tries to swing down the ground, gets a thick inside edge and the ball crashes into the stumps. All that hara-kiri to get on strike does not work out for Samad. Abdul Samad b Nitish Reddy 3(6)

Nitish Reddy to Abdul Samad, THATS OUT!! Bowled!!

Ravi Bishnoi, right handed bat, comes to the crease

19.5

Nitish Reddy to Thakur, wide, out Thakur Run Out!! Another run-out as Samad tries to steal a bye. Slower ball outside off, Thakur swings and cannot quite reach it, Ishan Kishan under arms the throw and this time he is not on target, but Nitish collects the ball and hits the stumps at the bowler's end with Shardul well short of the crease. Shardul was not ready for the single and was late to set off. Thakur run out (Ishan Kishan/Nitish Reddy) 4(1) [4s-1]

Nitish Reddy to Thakur, THATS OUT!! Run Out!!

19.4

Nitish Reddy to Thakur, FOUR, neatly done! Shardul is no mug with the bat. He is smart too. Spotted fine leg was square and decided to play the lap. He shuffles a long way and manages to get enough bat for the ball to race away
