"It's important that you respect the player because at the end of the day, it's my job and this is what I want to do. So I don't think I purposely want to not perform," Rutherford (26) told Cricbuzz in Dubai on Friday (January 10) on the sidelines of the ILT20 in which he's part of the Desert Vipers team.
Rutherford was alluding to the owner of St Kitts and Nevis Patriots.
