It's official now!! What frustration here at the MCG for Ireland as they lose a point they would have fancied adding to their tally. For Afghanistan, this is the second game they are losing because of the rain. Frustration for the fans as well, let's not forget. We all wanted to watch a good game of cricket especially after the thriller last night. But, the rain has its final say. Now the big fear is that it might have a say on the next game as well featuring Australia and England. Hopefully, we get something out of that.

At this rate, we might lose this game to rain. The cut-off time for a 5-overs per side game is inching closer and there is still no sign of an inspection. This is indeed very frustrating. Ireland will be bitterly disappointed.
