England pick up a clinical 8-wicket win over Bangladesh. They were absolutely clinical in the chase as they were in the first innings where they restricted Bangladesh to 124. If the bowlers were outstanding, bowling the right lengths, the batsmen weren't too far behind. Jason Roy led the chase with a spectacular fifty, striking 5 fours and 3 sixes. He, however, fell on 61 off 38 with 13 needed for a win. England eventually chased down the target in only 14.1 overs.

The big win and their second successive big one puts England on course to make the semifinal, while making it really tough for Bangladesh. The batsmen erred in their shot selection, the running between the wickets were poor... The bowlers erred in their lengths and pitched it up way too often and bore the brunt. Looking at how clinical England have been in their first two games, the other teams will definitely be worried. Hope you enjoyed this cash. Do join us for Scotland vs Namibia in a bit.

Fifty for Roy off 33 balls. He brings that up with a six straight behind the bowler.

Roy and Malan add 50 runs for the second wicket

After a brisk start, Buttler holes out in the deep to Naim who takes a good running catch.Bangladesh have their first breakthrough, breaking the 39-run opening stand.

Bangladesh finish with 124/9. They finished with a total bigger than what would've been expected because of a couple of sixes from Nasum Ahmed in the 19th over. That's when the first six of the game was hit. Bangladesh would be disappointed with that effort after opting to bat and losing 3 wickets in the PP obviously didn't help. Mushfiqur steadied the ship briefly, but fell after a 37-run stand, as did Mahmudullah. Nobody else could get going as England's bowlers were on their A game. Can Bangladesh defend this? 100 up for Bangladesh
