CSK WIN BY 20 RUNS!

Prasidh Krishna is not quick enough to come back for the second run which Cummins pushes for. The throw from long off is perfect at the bowler's end and catches him well short. Heartbreak for KKR and Cummins who finishes with an unbeaten 65. Anti-climactic end to a terrific game!

20 needed off the final over now! Cummins on strike, but KKR have only one wicket left! Phew!

KKR need 28 off the last two overs and Cummins has managed to keep strike.

23-ball fifty for Cummins. KKR need 38 from 17!

A new twist?

Wow, this game keeps on giving. Pat Cummins is giving back a lot of what he copped earlier. He smashes Sam Curran through the midwicket and cover areas predominantly and picks up 30 runs from the 17th over. KKR need 45 off 24 now!

WICKET: Ngidi bags DK

Karthik was good while he was in, hitting a 24-ball 40 before he completely misses a slower one from Ngidi. He's hit on the full and gets the LBW in his favour from the onfield umpire and from the tracker too after DK's review.

WICKET: Curran ends the Russell threat!

Some very smart bowling has got the better of Andre Russell and he walks off in sheer disbelief. Curran had the field set for bowling across Russell with a packed offside field. However, his first ball is a bluff - a straight ball cramping Russell for room. He walks across and leaves the ball, caught a little by surprise and sees the ball knocking onto leg stump. Big relief for CSK!

Russell has not moved from the stairwell, sitting all alone with his pads still on and cutting a very disappointed figure. He was well and truly feeling the magic before that rather innocuous dismissal.
