Williams to James Coles, out James Coles Run Out!! 1 run completed. There could be a run-out at both ends - the throw came to the keeper who broke the stumps with Coles diving, he then rolls the ball to the bowler who breaks the stumps at the other end with Stubbs diving - think at least one of the batter is OUT here - they'll check at Coles's end first and he's indeed short - So it's James Coles who has to go. Was a slower short ball and Coles dragged the pull through mid-wicket, he was always coming back for the second - Stubbs wasn't so sure and he started very late - the fielder is quick on the ball and the throw is accurate, catching Coles short. James Coles run out (Wihan Lubbe/Shai Hope) 17(4) [4s-1 6s-2]

Williams to James Coles, SIX, massive, Coles is dragging some momentum back - an attempted slower ball from Williams, but it's right in the slot and Coles disdainfully lifts it back over the bowler's head for a maximum
19.3
4
Williams to James Coles, FOUR, back-to-back boundaries for Coles - yorker length delivery outside off, Coles backs away, opens the face of the bat and runs it to backward point's right, the fielder got a strong hand on the dive, but the ball still rolls onto the ropes
19.2
6
Williams to James Coles, SIX, lovely, where was Coles hiding all along? On a good length and just outside off - Coles stands tall and drives it on the rise, inside out over cover and it went sailing into the grass-banks for a maximum

Bryce Parsons to Breetzke, out Lbw!! Parsons has a 3rd wicket and Breetzke is walking away - he isn't bothering to review - this was stone-dead - was pushed through fuller and Breetzke was caught in between sweeping and slogging - gets into a horrible tangle, misses it completely and is struck in front of middle, that'd have crashed into the stumps. Breetzke lbw b Bryce Parsons 3(7)
18.2
Bryce Parsons to Stubbs, 1 run, slower and wider of off - carved high over cover - the fielder in the deep is right at the ropes and he's happy to take it on the bounce
18.1
Bryce Parsons to Breetzke, 1 run, flighted delivery outside off - Breetzke backs away and drills it back past the bowler for a single
17.5
4
Williams to Stubbs, FOUR, cheeky and four, Stubbs gets the lap sweep going and this is a pressure relieving boundary for the Sunrisers - full and at the stumps, Stubbs shuffled across, used Lizaad's pace and lapped it over the keeper's head, almost went all the way, bouncing in front of the ropes
17.3
Williams to Stubbs, 2 runs, a loud shout for LBW, it's not given by umpire Allahudien Paleker and they've reviewed. Is it sliding down with the angle? Stubbs shuffled across on the lap sweep and missed, UltraEdge has a spike when the ball is next to the bat - so stays NOT OUT and Capitals lose a review

Bryce Parsons to Chris Green, out Stumped!! Has Chris Green been stumped? He's walking off even as the 3rd umpire has a look - was tossed up slower and just outside off, drifted away from the right-hander as he went for an ambitious swipe. Green went so hard on the shot that he lost his balance and dragged himself out of the crease, giving Shai Hope enough time to break the stumps - this is turning out to be a superb comeback from the Capitals. Chris Green st Shai Hope b Bryce Parsons 1(2)

W
Maharaj to Marco Jansen, out Caught by Connor Esterhuizen!! Jansen brings out the long levers, but he's hitting it to the longer boundary and has holed out to deep mid-wicket - this is some comeback by the Capitals in the last couple of overs. Was tossed up and the ball drifted back into the right-hander - Jansen backed himself to clear the deep mid-wicket boundary with the slog-sweep, but he's dragged it slightly, went hard and flat - Esterhuizen settles under it, slides forward and completes a low two-handed catch. Marco Jansen c Connor Esterhuizen b Maharaj 1(4)

W
Bryce Parsons to Jordan Hermann, out Bowled!! Terrific bowling and Parsons caps off a fine over with the wicket of Hermann - tossed up invitingly around off, Hermann came down the pitch and is undone by the dip, ends up yorking himself in the process - the ball might've grazed the bottom-edge as it went on to crash into the stumps. Three runs and a wicket off the 15th over. Jordan Hermann b Bryce Parsons 41(30) [4s-3 6s-1]

Maharaj to Bairstow, out Lbw!! That looked pretty straight and Bairstow has been given OUT. He looks around and then reviews. Slid back into the right-hander and Bairstow was struck on his back-thigh as he went down on the sweep - the height isn't an issue and this looks very adjacent - no bat and UltraEdge confirms the same, onto ball-tracking: Impact is umpire's call on off-stump and it's crashing into the middle of middle-stump - Sunrisers lose Bairstow, but they don't lose their review. Big wicket for the Capitals - Bairstow was just past his fifty and could've cause a lot of damage. Bairstow lbw b Maharaj 50(36) [4s-6 6s-1]

Roston Chase to Bairstow, 1 run, the off-break from Chase, Bairstow goes back and plays with the turn, nudged past mid-wicket and the single brings up his half-century, his 3rd this season
11.3
6
Roston Chase to Bairstow, SIX, hammered, brutal hitting from Bairstow - dropped slower and shorter of off, Bairstow backs away and then crunches the slog-sweep over mid-wicket, made a sweet sound as the ball sailed into the grassbanks

4
Gideon Peters to Jordan Hermann, FOUR, cracking shot, too short and too wide from Peters - Jordan Hermann gets on top of the bounce and cracks it over cover, one bounce and over the ropes - expensive over from Peters, 17 came off it

Gideon Peters to Jordan Hermann, SIX, crunched, back of a length and well wide of off - Hermann backs away and then hammers it over extra-cover, was to the shorter side and it sails over for a 63m maximum

Williams to Bairstow, FOUR, ramped over the keeper! Slower bumper, Bairstow waits on it, allows to come to him and then gets the timing right with the ramp
9.5
4
Williams to Bairstow, leg byes, FOUR, very unlucky for Capitals. Williams did really well to follow Bairstow here as he backed away. Speared it full on the pads, Bairstow missed and it took a cruel deflection off the pad past the keeper who was wrongfooted
9.1
Williams to Jordan Hermann, no run, direct hit would've sent him packing! Slower one outside off, Hermann cuts hard to the right of cover and comes down for a single. The diving effort from the fielder took him by surprise and he had no chance of making it back had there been a direct hit
9
4
Maharaj to Bairstow, FOUR, the reverse-sweep for four again! Bairstow not letting Maharaj settle here. Idea is to bowl wide to keep it away from the short leg-side boundary but Bairstow gets the reverse-sweep away past short third
7.3
Williams to Jordan Hermann, 1 run, oh has he taken that? Superb from Brevis but he's in pain as his fingers got jammed by the ball. It's referred to the third umpire to check if it's clean. Short of length on off, pulled flat to deep midwicket and it's dying on Brevis as he runs forward. He takes the catch and it jams his fingers into the ground. Hard to say if it's clean or not. Third umpire feels some part of the ball is touching the ground, not out it is

4
Maharaj to Bairstow, FOUR, misfield from Chase and it runs away! Length ball at the stumps, reverse-swept nicely but it should've been cut off at backward point. But it sneaks right through Chase as he dives to his right
6.2
Maharaj to Bairstow, 1 run, fired in full at the stumps, Bairstow shuffles across and works it through midwicket
5.1
4
Roston Chase to Jordan Hermann, FOUR, plenty of width and although it's not very short, Hermann is able to rock back for the cut through point. Really well played!
4.3
4
Gideon Peters to Jordan Hermann, FOUR, has been a shoddy start from Peters! Got away with a full toss earlier but not this time. It's just outside off, Hermann makes room and carves it through backward point

W
Roston Chase to de Kock, out Bowled!! Big wicket! De Kock, the man in form, the leading run scorer of the tournament, is gone! Again he tries a big sweep but the ball sneaks through and clips off stump. Might've been a bit too full for that shot. He kneels there in disbelief before having to drag himself back to the pavilion. de Kock b Roston Chase 19(15) [4s-2 6s-1]

6
Roston Chase to de Kock, SIX, first six of the game! Tossed up, drifting into the pads and de Kock gets hold of the sweep shot as he smashes it over square leg
3.2
4
Roston Chase to Bairstow, FOUR, uses the pace and guides it for four! Faster one outside off, he spots the variation early, opens the face and gets it fine past the keeper

4
Ngidi to Bairstow, FOUR, absolutely nailed down the ground! Gosh he struck that so hard! Gives the charge, gets it on back of a length and swats it hard past the non-striker. The flat-batted smash executed to thunderous effect

Roston Chase to de Kock, FOUR, hits with the turn over cover! Tossed up outside off, de Kock reaches out and goes over the off-side ring for four more

4
Roston Chase to de Kock, FOUR, too short this time. It holds in the surface, de Kock has all the time in the world on the back foot and he slaps it through extra cover
