W
Abbas Afridi to Jacob Duffy, out Caught by Irfan Khan!! New Zealand are bowled out with a ball to spare. It was only a matter of time before Duffy or Sears picked out the fielder. This was a good length ball with pace taken off, Duffy makes room and swings through the line, does not get it anywhere close to the middle and Irfan settles under it near long-off. Jacob Duffy c Irfan Khan b Abbas Afridi 2(4)
19.1
Abbas Afridi to Jacob Duffy, leg byes, 1 run, slower ball on leg, Duffy backs away and misses the slog, the ball hits him on the back pad and rolls down the wicket, Sears calls him through and they nab a leg-bye

4
Haris Rauf to Ben Sears, FOUR, 200 up for New Zealand. Fraction short and outside off, Sears chops it hard into the ground and the ball bounces over Haris, races away to the small fence
18.4
W
Haris Rauf to Ish Sodhi, out Caught by Mohammad Haris!! Second in the over for Rauf. Sodhi departs looking for the big shot. Back of a length delivery, bit of extra bounce and Sodhi throws his bat, gets a thick outside edge and Haris does the rest behind the wicket. Will New Zealand be bowled out before 20 overs? They still have 8 balls to go.. Ish Sodhi c Mohammad Haris b Haris Rauf 10(10) [4s-1]
18.2
W
Haris Rauf to Michael Bracewell, out Bowled!! Cleaned up! It is that off-pace delivery that does the trick once again. Bracewell does not spot it. He tries to heave it across the line, misses and the ball deflects off the back leg onto the stumps. He was through the shot early and hence could not make the contact. Michael Bracewell b Haris Rauf 31(18) [4s-3 6s-2]

4
Shaheen Afridi to Michael Bracewell, FOUR, slower ball that's full in length, Bracewell heaves it over mid-wicket and collects the boundary. Not off the middle but good enough for the ball to race away
17.5
4
Shaheen Afridi to Michael Bracewell, FOUR, that's horrible. Abbas has no excuse. Shaheen gives him a stare. Full delivery outside off, Bracewell drills it straight to long-off and Abbas allows the ball to escape through his legs
17.3
4
Shaheen Afridi to Ish Sodhi, FOUR, wide of a flying mid-off. Full and pace off, Sodhi drives uppishly and just manages to evade Agha's dive. He enjoyed that and held his pose for a second or two
15.3

W
Abrar Ahmed to Jamieson, out Bowled!! Two in two. Abrar is on a hat-trick. Jamieson looks at the surface as he walks off. But it was all down to Abrar and his variations. Another wrong 'un that's floated up outside off, Jamieson is lured into the drive and he does not account for the ball turning in, gets an inside edge and the ball crashes into leg-stump. New Zealand are in danger of behing bowled out here. Jamieson b Abrar Ahmed 0(1)
14.5
W
Abrar Ahmed to Mitchell Hay, out Bowled!! Cleaned up! But the damage has been done. Hay does not pick the googly and plays all over it. The length was the key here. Fullish length and Hay is drawn into the forward push, the ball spins in and beats the inside edge, goes onto hit the top of leg-stump. New Zealand are six down and into the bowlers. Mitchell Hay b Abrar Ahmed 9(8) [6s-1]
14.3
6
Abrar Ahmed to Michael Bracewell, SIX, poor from Abrar. Another drag down and Bracewell is not missing out, he transfers his weight back and nails the pull flat over cow corner. That's 3 sixes in the last 4 balls..
14.1
6
Abrar Ahmed to Mitchell Hay, SIX, that's a gift from Abrar and Hay accepts it happily. Half tracker and just what Hay was looking for to get himself going, he launches the pull high and well over the long-on fence
14
6
Shadab Khan to Michael Bracewell, SIX, that's flat, that's gone all the way. Tells you the size of the ground. Shadab misses his length and bowls it too full, allowing Bracewell to get under and he smashes it down the ground. The small boundaries help him to get maximum result
12.5
W
Shaheen Afridi to Chapman, out Caught by Shadab Khan!! No hundred for Chapman. This is a massive moment in the game. The set batter is gone with more than 7 overs left. New Zealand also have lost half their side. Credit to Shaheen though, he took pace off and bowled it into the surface, got that tennis ball kind of bounce and Chapman was deceived by that, he closes the bat face early and the leading edge pops towards backward point, simple catch for Shadab. A fine knock from Chapman comes to an end. Chapman c Shadab Khan b Shaheen Afridi 94(44) [4s-11 6s-4]
12.4
4
Shaheen Afridi to Chapman, FOUR, smashed! Chapman backs away, gets a slower short of length delivery, he waits and slaps it over extra cover, one bounce and over the ropes. He's one hit away from his hundred
11.5
W
Abbas Afridi to Neesham, out Lbw!! Pakistan keep chipping away at the other end. Neesham never looked settled and he's caught in front by Abbas. Angled in from round the wicket, Neesham is rooted to the crease and is beaten for pace, the ball was passed him before the bat could come down and the impact was in front of leg-stump, that would have smashed into leg and a good decision by the pair not to waste a review. Neesham lbw b Abbas Afridi 3(7)
11.2
6
Abbas Afridi to Chapman, SIX, even luck seems to be with him. This was nowhere close to the middle and still he gets himself a six. Short ball at the body, Chapman pulls early and the top-edge flies over Haris, lands full on the ad cushions
11.1
4

10.2
4
Salman Agha to Neesham, byes, FOUR, that's beaten everyone. Sliding in with the round the wicket angle, Neesham stays leg-side and swings across the line, misses and the ball beats Mohammad Haris as well. He thought the ball would hit the stumps and didn't bother to get behind the line. Just missed leg-stump by a whisker
10

Shadab Khan to Chapman, 1 run, shortens the length and pushes it through, Chapman knocks it to long-on

W
Shadab Khan to Mitchell, out Caught by Haris Rauf!! Shadab breaks the partnership. Smart bowling from him. He floats this up outside off and teases Mitchell to have a go, he does but the ball spins away and catches the outside edge, lobs to short third and Rauf takes a simpler catch this time. Pakistan needed that as the scoring rate had picked up in the last couple of overs. Mitchell c Haris Rauf b Shadab Khan 17(11) [4s-1 6s-1]

4.1
W
Haris Rauf to Seifert, out Caught by Salman Agha!! Rauf like Shaheen strikes in his first over. Once again it is the change of pace. Pakistan have done their homework. Shaheen too bowled a few cutters and now Rauf runs his fingers across the ball - 129.8ks good length ball, Seifert makes room and tries to go down the ground, through the shot early and skies it straight up, Agha settles under it near mid-on and makes no mistake. Seifert c Salman Agha b Haris Rauf 19(9) [4s-1 6s-2]

W
Shaheen Afridi to Finn Allen, out Caught by Haris Rauf!! Oh my word! Rauf has pulled off a worldie. Allen walks off with a smile on his face. He is bemused. Pakistan have an early wicket. Full and swinging down leg, Allen clips it aerially towards short fine and the ball was almost past Rauf, but he flies to his right with an outstretched hand and the ball sticks. Rauf was parallel to the ground as he latched on and used his body to keep the ball under control. Just the kind of inspiration that Pakistan needed to start the game. Finn Allen c Haris Rauf b Shaheen Afridi 0(3)
