Was a length delivery on middle, van der Merwe just turned it into the leg-side and they set off for a tight single. The fielder at short mid-wicket was quick to swoop in and the throw was accurate, Ikram Alikhil whipped the bails off and Sybrand Engelbrecht was well short. There was just a moment of hesitation by both batters where they stopped after taking a couple of steps and that was what led to his downfall in the end.
