But he has almost batted through the entire session and wore down the Indian bowlers. This is a very good ball which dismisses him. Short of a length on middle, bouncing naturally with Ishant's height, moves a bit, takes the edge and Rahane latches onto an overhead catch at fourth slip/gully.
