Yuzuvendra Chahal brought RCB back in contention in the next over with the important wicket of MS Dhoni. The Chennai skipper skipped out to hit Chahal over the top, miscued and hit it straight down the AB de Villiers' throat at deep cover. Good comeback this, by the young leggie.
Iqbal Abdulla joined the party by removing Jadeja in the next over. Jadeja attempted to slog sweep the left-arm spinner out of the attack but ended up getting more height than distance. RCB have clawed back into this game. 3 wickets for 11 runs. 140/5 after 16. CSK will want Bravo and du Plessis to bat through the remaining overs in order to reach a substantial score.
Remember: Kohli has two overs from Starc left in the death overs.

If I had to pay and watch one IPL game, I'd probably pick this game, or perhaps the return leg in Chennai. AB de Villiers, Chris Gayle, Virat Kohli, Mitchell Starc* versus MS Dhoni, Brendon McCullum, Suresh Raina and <insert any CSK player>. RCB vs CSK is truly the battle of the heavyweights. The league positions however will not suggest that. With just 1 win out of 3 games, RCB are languishing at the bottom of the table. CSK, despite a hammering at the hands of RR, find themselves at the right end of the table. (As they often do)
RCB's bowling has been, to put it mildly, lackadaisical. Now with the man of the World Cup, Mitchell Starc returning, the team's bowling will get its much needed boost. Still there are multiple areas that need addressing - Chris Gayle's indifferent approach, Dinesh Karthik's lack of form, AB de Villiers' batting position. In all likelihoold, Starc will replace Rilee Rossouw who got a first ball duck against MI. David Wiese should keep his place.
CSK, on the other hand, have no such problems. Barring injuries, they will play more or less the same side and appear fairly balanced. They won the corresponding fixture quite comfortably last season and will look to get another one past their South Indian rivals.

In a big blow for an already struggling bowling attack, RCB and Kiwi pacer, Adam Milne was ruled out of the IPL after failing to recover from his injury. Karnataka seamer Sreenath Aravind has been named as his replacement. More
