Live Cricket Score, Bangladesh vs Australia, 1st Test, Dhaka, Day 4 - Live blog

"It's a great feeling, credit to the boys especially to Shakib," says captain Mushfiqur. Steve Smith feels the Aussies let themselves down. He says: "It was a great Test match. Credit to Bangladesh. The partnership between Tamim and Shakib set the game for them. We let ourselves down in the first innings and then we did not play well in the second innings."
HISTORIC VICTORY FOR BANGLADESH!
It's all over for Australia! Bangladesh have pulled off the unthinkable. They're overjoyed, and why not. Despite David Warner's exceptional counter-punching efforts, the visitors have fallen short here. If anyone is looking to debate Test cricket's health, he could throw yesterday and today as his opening argument. This is also Bangladesh's 10th Test victory in their history, and furthers their growth in the longest format. Last year, they beat England at home and now they've overcome a strong Australian side. Lots of credit for the performance to Shakib Al Hasan, who finishes the match with 10 wickets. He's been a true leader on the field, spurring the side on with his infectious energy. The young Mehidy Hasan and Taijul Islam too have been very effective in rattling Australia's inability to play turn. Some patting on the back for Mushfiqur Rahim as well, who has used his bowlers smartly.
Pat Cummins is playing out a blinder here...
It is baffling that Mehidy is bowling short to a tall, lower-order batsman. Expectedly, he's been hit for two sixes as the deficit comes down to 21. Cummins has raced away to 33 off 50 balls. He's done well against the ball that has turned into him, as he could smash it with the turn. Playing against Shakib is a different ball game, and still needs to stay focussed if the aim is to pull off a superb run-chase
NINE down
And there comes the breakthrough! Mehidy Hasan does what Shakib and Taijul struggled to in the post-Lunch session. Nathan Lyon did well for his 24-ball stay in the middle but an attempt to sweep Mehidy has led to his ouster. Just when Cummins and Lyon were threatening to shatter Bangladesh's dream of a historic victory, Lyon has departed.
With that wicket, the injured Josh Hazlewood has walked in to bat.
Nervy, nervy times
What a game this is turning out to be. Pat Cummins and Nathan Lyon have added 17 runs for the ninth wicket. Bangladesh scuppered their chances when Soumya Sarkar failed to latch onto a rebound catch, offered by Cummins. Australia 216/8, still need 49 to win.
Shakib creates history
