It was a great day for Zimbabwean cricket in Galle. When Sri Lanka made 316, not many gave them a chance at the innings break, but what transpired after a few hours was an inspiring, record-breaking run chase.

It was indeed an excellent run chase, but a few at work had a reason to be pleasantly disappointed. It could have been the first instance in ODIs where there was no six hit in a 300+ successful chase, but Sikander Raza decided to finish it off in style.
