Derbyshire vs Worcestershire

Worcestershire topped the table for North Group with a convincing win against Derbyshire in a rain-affected match. Put in to bat first, Derbyshire's innings was spurred on by a half-century from Shiv Thakor. But without adequate contributions from the other end, Derbyshire could finish with just 209 in 36 overs. The D/L revised target of 218 was chased down in a canter by Worcestershire, thanks to fifties from the openers Daryl Mitchell and Tom Kohler-Cadmore. The former was content to play a sheet-anchor's role while the latter blazed away, hitting eight fours and three sixes in his 34-ball 63.

The victory also ensured Worcestershire a spot in the semi-final stages of the tournament by virtue of topping the group.
