After a dominating performance from the Indian spinners, West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) President's XI fought back by picking up three wickets in the final session.

Ravindra Jadeja and R Ashwin picked up three wickets apiece while Amit Mishra grabbed two to bowl out the hosts for 180. In reply, the Indian openers, Murali Vijay and Shikhar Dhawan, got off to a steady start before falling in quick succession. KL Rahul and Cheteshwar Pujara rebuild the innings with a half-century stand but the latter fell in what was the last ball of day one of the second practice game at Warner Park.

Rahul and Virat Kohli, the batsmen at the crease, will be hoping to spend quality time in the middle and wipe out the deficit, which is currently 87 runs. Meanwhile, the hosts will be eager to continue their good performance with the ball and minimise India's lead.

Rahkeem Cornwall continued his spell at the start of day two and he was partnered by Kemar Roach from the other end. Roach generated some pace but Rahul and Kohli were up to the task as they helped India to the 100-run mark in the 30th over.

: The 100 came in 133m, 177b, with 14x4 and 2x6. Cornwall is getting bounce and turn but the batsmen are handling it well so far.

: Water-Break: India 135/3 (41 ovrs) in reply to PresXI's 180 trail by 46. Kohli 25* and Rahul 42* adding for the 4th wicket.
