Nicholas Pooran's IPL 2025 campaign has been one of two contrasting halves. He smashed 349 runs in the first six games at a strike rate of 215 and LSG, despite all their injury woes managed to win four of these matches - one more than MI, CSK, and SRH combined at that point. Almost as if a switch was flicked, he lost his touch resulting in just 106 runs in his last six innings at 156 strike rate. This reflected heavily in LSG fortunes as they lost five of these games and consequently find themselves out of playoffs contention.
