Two wins on the trot against the unpredictable but immensely talented West Indian bunch has already put Australia in a good position heading into the T20 World Cup later in the month, and the Aaron Finch-led side would further want to test their strength against another of the top sides - England, in the three-match series set to begin on Sunday (October 9) at the Perth Stadium - a venue which hasn't hosted an international match since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

There isn't a lot different in the make-up of the side that won the championship last year. A few injuries aside, Tim David's good showing at the international stage to back up on his exploits in global T20 leagues, has already added to Australia's preparation plan if not entirely as worries,
