Fawad, Azhar Ali battle through opening session on Day 2

Pakistan reclaimed some of last evening's lost initiative as a defiant and determined partnership between Fawad Alam and Azhar Ali ate into South Africa's deficit and any hopes of the visitors rolling the hosts over.
