365! That's how much the lead has stretched to after two days and nearly two and a half innings. Spare the 45 minutes of play during the partnership between Faf du Plessis and Hashim Amla, it was all a one-sided affair. Given how South Africa have tackled Sri Lankan spinners, the hosts would believe they already have a winning total. But with ample time to bat out, they would make the most of their remaining seven wickets to take the game out of South Africa's grasp. The competition, is safe to assume, dead already.
Live Cricket Score: Sri Lanka vs South Africa, 2nd Test, Day 2, Colombo

Wicket No 3! Run outs will help. And South Africa will have wickets coming anyhow. They have had a few direct hits at the stumps, and one attempt finds Kusal Mendis short of his crease before Quinton de Kock whips off the bails.
Dimuth Karunaratne has continued his good form, registering his fourth consecutive fifty of the series. By a fair distance, he has been the best batsman in this series - scoring more than twice of the second best. FYI: No South African has scored a fifty in this series
And not for the first time in the Test, Danushka Gunathilaka has thrown his wicket away after registering a half century. But unlike his first essay, he wasn't as cautious in this one. He was unleashing his slog sweeps without much thought time and again. Keshav Maharaj gets another wicket and registers his maiden 10-wicket haul.
Gunathilaka and Karunaratne have helped Sri Lanka off to another good start. They have put on a half-century stand, coming at a healthy scoring rate. They have employed the sweep to good effect to blunt Keshav Maharaj's threat. The left-arm spinner has bowled eight overs without interruption from one end.
Dimuth Karunaratne and Danushka Gunathilaka are off to a quick start in the second innings. With a healthy first innings lead, they can afford to go on the offensive to further dampen South Africa's spirits.
